According to Britain’s Daily Mail, Brad Pitt has begun telling friends about Angelina Jolie’s pregnancy. And in preparation for that, the actor has been rescheduling his work so he has enough time to spend with Angie and their four children. A friend of the couple reveals to Mail Online:

“Brad’s been very quiet about this pregnancy so far but this was the weekend he decided to let the cat out of the bag. He’s telling everybody close to him, because he’s having to change around his work schedule to get ready for the birth.”

The insider also confirmed that Brangelina will be having twins. He reveals,

“They’re having twins, Angelina is healthy, and he’s thrilled that he’s going to be a father once again. They didn’t exactly plan this pregnancy, but they wanted more children and Brad says Angelina was very willing to have them herself.”

The usually reserved actress was smiling and waving enthusiastically at the crowd who watched her leave (with Brad Pitt) after the 2008 Independent’s Spirit Awards last February 23. It was there where Angelina Jolie unveiled her pregnancy bump. And according to the tabloids, the couple and their family are quite happy with the pregnancy. A source close to Brad and Angie has told People magazine that Brangelina are “thrilled to be adding to their brood.” Another insider adds, “They are very, very happy.” We are very happy too gurl!! =)

The most hotly anticipated showdown of the week ended up not happening. Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were all expected at the exclusive Night Before party at the Beverly Hills Hotel last February 23, but Brangelina was a no-show. Boohoo! The couple did show up earlier in the Independent Spirit Awards, where Angelina Jolie wore a form-fitting dress that proved that she’s undeniably pregnant. Despite rumors that Angelina Jolie was unhappy and surly during the said awards, pictures in this post disprove it. One person involved with the awards productions said,

“She made it tricky to film because every time the camera cut to her, she looked really surly. We kept cutting away quickly.”

One person seated near Angelina Jolie agrees that she didn’t seem happy to be there. “When Angie was pregnant with Shiloh, she was all giggles, it was such a nice change. Throughout the whole show, she just seemed irritated.” One person who did bring a smile to her face was Daniel Day Lewis. The source revealed,

“Every time he was around she light up.”

Oscars host Jon Stewart, in one of his many funny monologues, poked fun of the pregnant Angelina Jolie. He said during the Academy Awards night,

“Earlier, I mentioned there were two very famous quite pregnant actresses here tonight. Actually, I was incorrect. I’ve become aware that there’s a third. Jessica Alba is pregnant, Cate Blanchett is pregnant and Nicole Kidman is pregnant.”

Continuing his joke, Jon gave out an imaginary Oscar:

“The baby goes to…. (drumroll) Angelina Jolie! On my god, Angelina Jolie. I’m just stunned. It goes to Angelina Jolie! That’s terrific. Obviously Angelina couldn’t be with us tonight–it’s tough to get 17 babysitters on Oscars night. I’ll accept this baby on her behalf.”

IT’S OFFICIAL!!! Angelina Jolie is truly, really pregnant! The “A Mighty Heart” actress showed off her baby bump in a form-fitting black dress (by Western Costume) at the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards held at Santa Monica Beach last Saturday in Santa Monica, California. By Angie’s side is the uber-yummy Brad Pitt in plaid pants. The mom-to-be finished off her silk-crepe dress with Irene Neuwirth jewels and Christian Louboutin shoes. But despite displaying her revealing figure, Angelina Jolie’s spokesperson has refused to confirm speculation that the actress is indeed expecting a child. Angie is thought to be around four months pregnant with twins.

Last Wednesday, Hollywood supercouple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were seen having a dinner date with Clint Eastwood and his wife. The occasion? The adoption of their 4-year-old son, Pax Thien was finally official! =) TMZ reports,

“After receiving permission from Vietnam, where Pax Thien was born, the adoption needed approval from the L.A. County Children’s Court in Monterey Park, California.”

And that court approval was received by Brangelina last February 20. They soon headed out to Brentwood, California where they celebrated. According to “Jefe” at zimelela.net, Brad and Angie were over an hour late for their reservation. He related,

“… just a sighting of Brad Pitt. With Angelina Jolie. And Clint Eastwood. They were over an hour late for their reservation at the restaurant we had just finished eating at, and thus got turned away. They handled it very well, casually walking out and [went] across the street to a mid-market Italian joint.”

That’s one great news for celebrity families! =) Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie already have four children - adopted sons Maddox, six, and Pax, four, adopted daughter Zahara, three and 21-month-old biological daughter, Shiloh. And if you believe the tabloids, Angie is expecting twins by the end of this year. They also planned to wed, and in case their union doesn’t work out, Brangelina say they want to ensure their children are looked after the divorce. A source shared,

“You won’t see any messy custody battle here. Brad will always be their dad. They will ensure that the children won’t want for a single thing for the rest of their lives. But hopefully they will have a happily married mum and dad.”

..according to the tabloids, hehe! After finalizing their prenuptial plans, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally agreed to get married. A source told a US magazine:

“They’ve been talking about it for months. Initially they were hesitant because both have had failed marriages. But several years have passed, and they’re both crazy about each other and their children. They’ve agreed it’s time to set the date.”

According to the source, Brad and Angie hope to have the ceremony at New Orleans’ Saint-Louis Cathedral. However, it was earlier reported that they’ll have the wedding in their Santa Barbara home. Guess we just have to wait and see which is which! Brangelina’s guests are expected to include pop star Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale, activist Mariane Pearl (whom Angelina Jolie played in the Hollywood film A Mighty Heart) and Angie’s brother James Haven. But it’s still not clear when they will walk down the aisle. The source continued:

“It would be just like Angie to surprise everyone and get married in her eighth month [of pregnancy].”
