The latest issue of OK! features a glowing Angelina Jolie at the Santa Barbara Film Festival, with Jennifer Aniston by her side. The cover’s title? Angie‘s Joy, Jen‘s Pain — in reference to the Beowulf actress rumored pregnancy and Jen‘s reaction to it. Inside the mag, a friend of the former Friends star reveals,

“It’s been three years since they split [Jen and Brad Pitt] But she’s still so far from getting over him, it’s tragic.”

Jen, Brad and Angie are all supposed to attend a charity event charity at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday, Feb. 23rd. And tongues are wagging that there will be a major showdown between the two ladies in Brad‘s life. Woohoo! Sources have told OK! that Jen is preparing for the moment she’ll have to say hello to Angelina Jolie or, as she chooses to put it,

“that person who ruined my life.”

Ouch! But I’m sure, Angie won’t take this sitting down!

..is not the relationship she had with her father! Sorry Jon Voight, it seems Angelina Jolie doesn’t miss what you two have as much as she misses her favorite pastime of staring at strangers on the subway. Yes, that’s what the gorgeous actress misses the most. Angelina Jolie seems very torn up about the fact that she can’t watch people go about their everyday lives, claiming

“it was the hardest thing to lose.”

Angelina Jolie revealed recently,

“My favorite thing used to be to just sit on the subway and watch people; just walking by myself everywhere and living among people and watching them. I lost that. “It was the hardest thing to lose, and I think that does affect you.”

But of course, the trade off of being famous is that Angie is able to bring attention to her humanitarian and charity efforts. I’m sure she also appreciates the flip side of being famous..

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly increased security at their home and around their family after an alleged plot to kidnap their daughter Shiloh. A source told Life & Style magazine:

“Someone got to their doorstep and left a threat against Shiloh. The person included a photo of her, and a note that read, ‘We got this close already.’”

Man, that sounds so scary! We already know that Brangelina is very security conscious (their California home includes a £120,000 state-of-the-art control room manned by four staff and observers have estimated their security bill for 2008 could top £2.5 million!) and now this?? I wonder how they will react! According to the source,

“Brad and Angie will do whatever it takes to protect the children. They are by far the most security-conscious celebrities in the world. There have been frequent threats against their kids, but this time someone just got too close. They’re freaked out. Shiloh has someone protecting her 24-7, and Brad and Angie are trying to avoid taking her out of the house.”

Life & Style’s source said the note was left at the start of January but for security reasons, couldn’t reveal at which of their properties the threat had been made.

A source close to the rumored to be pregnant actress revealed,

“Angelina’s been eating onion rings with mustard and a box of chocolates in the same sitting! She loves these bars that are dark chocolate and cinnamon mixed with Mexican chillies for an added kick.”

The source also added America’s OK! magazine –

“Angelina’s been splurging on cupcakes that Maddox and Zahara have been making. Brad has also been going out of his way to make things easier for Angelina by playing ‘Mr Mum’. He’s been cooking, playing with the kids and being a great father.”

AWW!! Brad is too sweet for words! I cannot say it enough — Angie is so damn lucky to have him! Long live Brangelina!!! =)

I have always loved Angelina Jolie when she speaks of missions and advocacies in life. Some may love her for her beauty and/or talent, but me? It’s her passion to help people that drew me close to her. So, to some, this full transcript of Angelina Jolie’s interview with CNN may be boring. But I say, let’s get to know the gorgeous Beowulf star when she’s not being an actress! =) Here’s the exclusive interview with CNN’s Arwa Damon.

Damon: First of all thank you obviously for your time. What is your main aim in this visit — what are you trying to acomplish while you are out here?

Jolie: Well I came to the region about 6 months ago, I first went to Syria because I work with U.N.H.C.R. and there are 1.5 million refugees in Syria alone from Iraq and while I was there, I went inside and met with some internally displaced people. And this trip is to get a better picture of the internally displaced people and to discuss with the local government, with our government, with the NGOs and with local people, the situation and try to understand what is happening, because there are over 2 million internally displaced people and there doesn’t seem to be a real coherent plan to help them and there’s lots of good will and lot’s of discussion –but there seem to be a lot of uh — just a lot of talk at the moment and a lot of pieces need to be put together. So, trying to figure out what they are.

The award-winning gorgeous actress went to Iraq last February 7 to boost what she sees as lagging efforts to deal with the problems of 2 million “very very vulnerable” internally displaced people in the STILL war-torn country. Angelina Jolie told CNN’s Arwa Damon last Thursday in an exclusive interview,

“There doesn’t seem to be a real coherent plan to help them. There’s lots of goodwill. Lots of discussion, but there seems to be a lot of talk at the moment, and a lot of pieces that need to be put together. I’m trying to figure out what they are.”

And I literally mean crushed! No thanks to Brangelina‘s fan horde in the Santa Barbara Film Festival. According to reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie helped Seth Mascareno, an eight-year-old boy who was being crushed by autograph hunters at the said festival. Seth was trapped under a crowd greeting the couple as they arrived at the festival where Angelina Jolie was being honoured with the Performance of the Year award. Brangelina saw the kid in trouble and lifted him to safety. The Seth’s mother said,

“The crush of people was just overwhelming. Jolie and Pitt rushed over and she helped pull Seth under the barricade while Pitt yelled for the crowd to back up. Then Jolie took Seth aside to make sure he was unharmed. When she was sure he was all right, she signed a Tomb Raider photo he was carrying. She stroked Seth’s hair and said, “There, there sweetheart, you’re okay now.”

Aww, Angie is such a sweetie and a do-gooder! Brad too, of course! LOL =)

That’s what the National Enquirer is saying! Man, these tabloids really have creative minds! LOL! According to them, Angelina Jolie spent the last year terrified that Brad Pitt would end their relationship if she failed to give him another child. Insiders told the tabloid that Brad is devoted to both their adopted children and biological child. But Brad wanted another one, and Brangelina had several heated disagreements over whether to postpone another adoption in favor of a biological baby.

Angelina Jolie then grew insecure and thought that another biological child could solve their problems. A source revealed –

“Then, when she couldn’t get pregnant, Angelina worried that Brad might leave her. That’s when she went to the specialist.”

And that’s where the in vitro fertilization (IVF) rumors came in which made it possible for Brangelina to have not one baby, but twins! The Enquirer’s insider further revealed –

“Brad and Angelina are absolutely thrilled, but Angelina is also very relieved. After trying for months to conceive naturally, she also began to fear that she’d never get pregnant again. She really believes that the new babies will finally put to rest the problems in their relationship.”

Snagged another cool report from Showbiz Spy. This time it’s all about Jennifer Aniston being “upset” with Angelina Jolie‘s rumored pregnancy. If you can remember, Jen and Brad Pitt were trying to have a baby for years but they weren’t blessed. And when Brad met Angelina — you know what happened next eh?? Hehe! Poor Jen!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is their first winner for the “Hottest Celebrity Couple of the Year” award. Brangelina also snagged the “Hottest Parents” award.
