That’s what abuzz these days! Below is the summary of what transpired for the past two days. Pretty OC huh?? Hehe! The wedding rumor exploded last Saturday (March 29) via Star which reported –

“Sources in a position to have information regarding a secret wedding ceremony between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had confirmed to Star that the couple married in the French Quarter Wedding Chapel on Saturday, March 29. “There were two weddings, one planned and one unplanned,” one source told Star. “Brad and Angelina‘s was the planned ceremony. The weather wasn’t good, so we were indoors.”

However, the next day, OK! (not to be outdone I guess, lol) reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did NOT marry in New Orleans. Reverend Anthony “Ambassador of Romance” Talavera, proprietor of the French Quarter Wedding Chapel in New Orleans (where the couple were rumored to have tied the knot) told OK!,

“Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were not married in our chapel, period. I’ve never even met them … Star magazine offered me $3000 for an interview, and I turned them down. I would never divulge any information about any of our clients for money.”

WHOA! Where did that come from?? LOL! Anyway, Reverend Talavera further said that he is “delighted that Brad and Angelina have chosen to live in our beautiful city, and I wish them all the happiness in the world, whatever their marital status.” As for Brad‘s rep, all she could say was that she had “no idea” if the rumors were true or not. And according to a source close to the couple, there was “no wedding” (per PEOPLE).

Angelina Jolie takes 3-year-old daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt for a little toy shopping at a Party Pig Superstore in in Sunset Valley, Texas last March 19. The mother-daughter duo spent an hour picking up toys. Angie pushed a yellow shopping cart around while Princess Zee clutched onto her blankie. CUTE! =)

wOOt! That’s a LOT of money! According to magazine insiders, Angelina Jolie could command up to $10m for exclusive pictures of her newborn twins. Though she is yet to confirm the double pregnancy, the rumor is already widely accepted. PEOPLE magazine paid $6 million to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony for the first photos of new twins, Max and Emme; and Angelina Jolie can definitely top that! One magazine editor who asked to remain anonymous told the New York Post newspaper:

“It’s at the point now where some stars might decide to have more kids just to collect the money from their photos.”

YIKES! Now that’s not a good “prediction” National Enquirer Executive Editor Barry Levine has also stated that as demand for celebrity baby pictures grow, the stars themselves are “treating this like a game.” I’m sure Angelina Jolie is not a party to that. After all, she sends her earnings to charities. Levine further explains,

“It’s become big business now. It’s outrageous, they’ve gotten very sophisticated. The rights are bought up now even before the celeb enters the hospital. They hire extra security so it’s impossible to obtain a photo illegally.”

This week’s Life & Style Weekly is reporting that it has obtained a petition spearheaded by Brad Pitt‘s top security guard, Richard Malchar, asking the city of Los Angeles to make Brad and Angelina Jolie‘s neighborhood a safer place to live for their four young children. The petition (which Brad has reportedly already signed) asks to limit parking on the street to residents who have permits. An insider reveals,

“But this is all really about the shooting [the frightening incident last November when shots were fired outside Brangelina’s home and a security van was hit]. It terrified Brad and Angelina.”

The couple have not yet attended any neighborhood meetings regarding the petition, but they have sent their security guard Richard. A neighborhood resident says,

“He actually calls the neighborhood watch meetings … This is a nice neighborhood, but because of the bars and restaurant down the road, there are some bad elements making their way up here.”

Brad and Angie reportedly “want the street to be purely for those who have a permit this way not just anybody can park outside their gate waiting for them to come out.” So far, a total of 275 residents already signed the petition. The insider concludes,

“Brad’s on top of the situation. But he and Angelina feel they just can’t take a chance on anything happening to them or their children.”

Yeahhh, weird right?? Hehe! But that’s what’s abuzz these days! According to a new study, Brad Pitt can trace his family tree back to Barack Obama and Angelina Jolie can follow hers to Hilary Clinton. Obama is apparently a distant cousin of Brad, while Obama’s Democrat political opponent, Hilary, is related to Angie. And this is not just a publicity gimick but is according to researchers at the New England Historic Genealogical Society.

The study also found out familial links between Hilary Clinton, who is of French-Canadian descent, Madonna, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Celine Dion and Alanis Morissette. Genealogist Christopher Child has spent the last three years tracing the candidates’ genealogy and discovered Brad Pitt and Barack Obama are ninth cousins, as are Hilary Clinton and Angelina Jolie, twice removed. He says,

“This shows that lots of different people can be related, people you wouldn’t necessarily expect.”

Jamie Dornan who?? He’s a Northern Irish heartthrob and more popularly known as the ex-boyfriend of British actress Keira Knightley. And just recently, Jamie revealed that he is desperate to star in a romantic comedy with Angelina Jolie. Nothing surprising about that as the Wanted actress is very bankable, hehe =) Jamie Dornan told BANG Showbiz:

“I’d love to do a romantic comedy with Angelina Jolie – she’s kind of flawless to me. I don’t think she’d want to do a romantic comedy with me though – I’m not sure that would be her bag!

LOL! Well, you really never know.. Though as far as I can recall, Angelina Jolie never starred in a romantic comedy. It’s always action, adventure or serious movies for her. Will she bite Jamie’s invite? We shall see! =)

Angelina Jolie shocked her liberal-minded Hollywood celebrity friends when she wrote a Washington Post editorial about her stand on the Iraq War. The pregnant actress made it clear that she supports the US Troops in Iraq and that she also supports their mission. And now, reports are saying that Angelina Jolie is also teaching (or is it indoctrinating?) her oldest son Maddox about her views. And according to the OK! Magazine, it seems to be working coz Maddox is making packages that will be shipped to U.S. troops overseas. A family insider tells OK! –

“He gets the other kids involved like an assembly line.”

So what does the rest of the Jolie-Pitt brood do? The source said,

“Zahara loves to glitter and sticker the cards!”

The insider says Maddox came up with this idea all on his own. He concludes that Angelina Jolie‘s eldest child is “growing up to dream big and thinks even the tiniest thing can make a big difference.” Good for you Maddox! I’m sure Mama Angie and Papa Brad is very proud of you! =)

Man, that’s a LOT of money!!! According to People, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donated over $8 million to charities in 2006. The hunky actor contributed $4,402,317 while the Wanted actress gave away $4,123,613. These figures are according to a newly released federal tax filing information. Brangelina‘s donations include giving $1 million to both the International Division of Doctors Without Borders and to the Global AIDS Alliance.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s donations also include $137,935 to the Namibia Red Cross Action Program as part of an ongoing effort to contribute to the African country where their daughter Shiloh was born. They also donated $100,000 each to the Daniel Pearl Foundation, Global Green U.S.A. and to the Epidermolysis Bulloma Medical Research Foundation.

Despite being pregnant and getting bigger by the minute, Angelina Jolie still managed to be voted as the ‘Most Attractive Woman’ … Neat-O! =) According to an online poll conducted by Hello magazine, the Wanted actress got 25% of the vote. Coming in on Angelina Jolie’s heels was House MD star Jennier Morrison. Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston, the woman Brad Pitt dumped for Angie, was named the third ‘Most Attractive Woman’.
