“Entertainment Tonight” first reported last Friday in their website that the very pregnant actress had given birth in France. The TV show stood by its story Friday night, with host Mary Hart saying on the air that “just this morning, a source who says she was inside the delivery room tells us yes, the babies were born and yes, mother [Angelina Jolie] and babies are fine.” Brangelina apparently named their twin girls ISLA (pronounced eye-la) MARCHELINE (after Angie’s mom) and AMELIE JANE (after Brad’s mom). The surprise announcement caused a major commotion all over the internet over the weekend, but the excitement was doused when Brad Pitt‘s manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, denied the birthing. She told The Associated Press:

“We have no comment except the story is not true.”

Soon after ET’s report, several celebrity news outlets reported the story was false. A spokeswoman for “Entertainment Tonight” did not return a call for comment Friday. Angelina Jolie has said previously that her twins are due in August. But since she was carrying twins, she might be due anytime, hence her standby medical team. In southern France, where locals say the Jolie-Pitt family recently moved, officials at the Etoile Maternite Catholique de Provence in Aix-en-Provence, one of the region’s top maternity clinics, said that Angelina Jolie had not been there and did not appear scheduled to come. Guess the waiting game is still one!

Even by Monaco standards, it wasn’t your ordinary dinner party for 12 on Friday night – though cake and champagne were present in the occasion. To celebrate his 48th birthday, U2 frontman Bono held a small dinner party at Sass’ Café in Monaco. On the guest list: Brad Pitt, Monaco’s Prince Albert II and The Edge. The café’s maitre de tells PEOPLE,

“It was really quite a surprise. It wasn’t organized in advance. We only got called on it that afternoon.”

Despite Brad Pitt‘s presence, Angelina Jolie, who had visited Bono in Eze with her children last Sunday, remained at home. The sit-down dinner was arranged by Bono’s wife Ali Hewson, and began with red wine at 10 pm, even before The Edge arrived for the evening. The meal was followed by a champagne toast and strawberry cake lit with candles. It was a party described by a café staffer as “tres speciale” =)

It’s been a whirlwind week for the pregnant actress while promoting her two films in the Cannes Festival. So, how does someone carrying two more persons feel about working while pregnant? Here’s Angelina Jolie‘s take on that stressful work schedule:

“Yeah, I’m OK, so far I’m just fine. Everybody said I didn’t have to come, but I was feeling all right. It’s not such hard work. I’m sitting and talking a lot and everybody is being nice to me. If anything, being pregnant and not working I’ve had more time to read and study, to do all those things that I don’t when I’m working.”

Angelina Jolie is such a trooper isn’t she?? =) In fact, she feels lucky being a movie star, even if her schedule is chaotic. Angie says of her hectic acting career,

“I’m very, very lucky. A lot of mothers don’t have a job where they can just work a few months in a year and then come out for two days for a press conference. My schedule is very small in comparison when it comes to hours so I can afford to spend as much time as possible with my children … And this year I’m taking off completely for the family.”

GOLLY! Come August, the Jolie-Pitt bunch will number six lil people — but Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are not fazed by that number and say they still want more for their family! During the recent Cannes Festival, the pregnant actress revealed,

We keep thinking, ‘is there ever going to be a time when we don’t have kids in the house?’ Maybe we’ll eventually start a foster home or something. We have a clinic that handles children so there are ways of looking after kids without actually physically having them in your home and we’re doing more and more of that. But I think we will adopt again. I’d like to do it again.

Guess it’s all okay coz Angelina Jolie did admit they have multiple nannies to care for their children — though she insists they do not spend the night. Thus, requiring her and Brad Pitt to really spend time and take care of their children themselves. Angie shared,

“When I’m working, Brad’s home with the children and vice versa. We do have nannies that help us, but nobody spends the night. We also spend a lot of time completely alone with our children. We’ve kind of found a balance.”

Yes, a whooping $60 million!! But, rest assured, it was all worth it as the new place of the Jolie-Pitt family has more than enough space for all their kids and hired help! According to reports, Brangelina‘s new sprawling 1,000-acre estate in the south of France has 35 bedrooms, plus a vineyard, lake, forest and moat. Fore sure, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and the soon-to-be-born twins won’t ever get bored there! =) A source tells E! News:

“It’s called Chateau Miraval in a village called Brignol, which is near from Aix-en-Provence. And it’s absolutely unbelievable. Brad and Angelina are thrilled, they love the place and have already been furniture shopping to fill the place as it’s massive. They’ve already spent almost another million on furniture and the whole family can’t wait to move in.”

Here’s more facts about the multi-million dollar French chateau: it has a swimming pool, billiards room, indoor pool, his-and-hers gyms, sauna and jacuzzi and a huge banquet hall. There are also magnificent cascading stone-walled terraces that had been replanted with 13 different varieties of olives! YUM! And there’s water everywhere on the sprawling estate — there are 20 fountains, aqueducts and a stream that runs through hidden tunnels, passes through the moat and fills the lake. The source further tells E!,

“… The house is surrounded by a forest so they’ll have total privacy, which is exactly what they’re after. No one will ever be able to get pictures of them relaxing at home, it’s just impossible.”

Unisex baby stuff! =) Last week, the Jolie-Pitt family (sans Zahara and Pax Thien) stopped into a Bonpoint boutique in Paris to purchase some toys, and reportedly a few baby items for Brangelina‘s upcoming twins. The twins are rumored to be fraternal girls but Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie apparently confided to a shop staffer they don’t want to know the sex of the twins. TWINS what?? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s of course! =) The upcoming bundles of joy of the world’s sexiest celebrity couple got a taste of the Hollywood limelight when their pregnant mom attended the screening of Kung Fu Panda in the Cannes Festival last Thursday. According to Angie, one of the twin was quiet, but the other one was moving around to the movie‘s music. In the animated adventure, the pregnant actress does one of the voices – she’s a martial arts tigress who helps a fat and friendly panda, voiced by Jack Black, learn his kung fu moves. Angelina Jolie shared last Friday morning,

“It’s funny to be doing all this and feeling movement.”

As revealed last week, the pregnant actess will have twins on August 29, a date given out by Jack Black, who didn’t know it was a secret. He apparently asked after he spilled the beans earlier this week, “Hadn’t everyone known that she was having twins? Was that a revelation? Big deal. Get over it.” LOL! Anyway, Angelina Jolie said she took the role in Kung Fu Panda partly because two of her adopted children are Asian and the movie is set in China, whose culture and history are important in her household. She shared,

“Then I got to be a cool tiger, so I impressed my children.”

The French paparazzi caught up to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at Toys ‘R’ Us late this week as they went shopping for some amazing kids stuff. Rumor has it they are buying for their baby daughter Shiloh as her birthday is coming up on May 27th.

NICE!! =) And maybe this time she’ll win another Oscar award! Angelina Jolie‘s latest movie premiered at the Cannes Film festival recently and garnered glowing reviews. One Todd McCarthy said, “Impressive as she may have been as the wife of Danny Pearl, her performance here hits home more directly.” Another reviewer, Pete Hammond, said “Based on this powerful and searing performance, it would be a good bet Angelina Jolie will again be in the hunt for the Best Actress nomination that eluded her for A Mighty Heart last year.”

As for her director, Clint Eastwood, he has nothing but great words for her. Says the veteran filmmaker, “Angelina is fantastic in Changeling!” But when asked about the Oscar predictions, he said, “I don’t want to think that far ahead.” Hehe! And on talking about film’s sensitive subject matter of a missing child, Clint Eastwood said: “It was fun making it, but I am a little nervous for parents going to see it.” Man, I’m so excited about this movie! Can’t hardly wait for it to open in theaters!

And this isn’t just a rumor — there’s a videotape that proves it! According to reports, a young Angelina Jolie has been caught on camera revealing how she killed her childhood pets. The admission appears on footage taken in a drug den at New York’s Chelsea Hotel in 1999, which was obtained by The Sun. I wonder how much they paid for that! Lucky seller! Hehe! In the said video, Angelina Jolie also discussed her drugged past and describes sado-masochist sex as “just a cool thing” as a friend smokes heroin next to her.

And then she admits to feeling guilty after several pets died in her care, including a mouse which expired when she dyed it blue. A hamster met its maker after catching pneumonia when she took it into the shower, while a pet lizard died after it was left too long in the sun. Angelina Jolie was heard saying in the video: “My snake I had – I tried killing him.” YIKES! But hey, if she was like that before and has become a humanitarian now, then there’s really hope for everybody! =)
