Brangelina camp denies Angie gave birth
“Entertainment Tonight” first reported last Friday in their website that the very pregnant actress had given birth in France. The TV show stood by its story Friday night, with host Mary Hart saying on the air that “just this morning, a source who says she was inside the delivery room tells us yes, the babies were born and yes, mother [Angelina Jolie] and babies are fine.” Brangelina apparently named their twin girls ISLA (pronounced eye-la) MARCHELINE (after Angie’s mom) and AMELIE JANE (after Brad’s mom). The surprise announcement caused a major commotion all over the internet over the weekend, but the excitement was doused when Brad Pitt’s manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, denied the birthing. She told The Associated Press:
“We have no comment except the story is not true.”
Soon after ET’s report, several celebrity news outlets reported the story was false. A spokeswoman for “Entertainment Tonight” did not return a call for comment Friday. Angelina Jolie has said previously that her twins are due in August. But since she was carrying twins, she might be due anytime, hence her standby medical team. In southern France, where locals say the Jolie-Pitt family recently moved, officials at the Etoile Maternite Catholique de Provence in Aix-en-Provence, one of the region’s top maternity clinics, said that Angelina Jolie had not been there and did not appear scheduled to come. Guess the waiting game is still one! ![]()

The café’s maitre de tells PEOPLE,
