Tom Cruise’s neighbor has been arrested for allegedly trespassing at his Beverly Hills mansion.

The 41-year-old man was spotted by Tom’s security team jumping a fence to get into the property before tasering him at around 9.30 last night.

The prowler was later identified as Tom’s neighbor, who seemingly entered the star’s property in a drunken state.

The man was shot with a stun gun and detained before police arrived to take him into custody.

He was reportedly treated at a nearby hospital for injuries related to the tasering.

Neither Tom or his family were at home during the incident.
