As with all celebrities, weight control is also a must for the Wanted actress. Though she looked uber-gorgeous with all her pregnancy fats, Angelina Jolie is now racing to get her pre-pregnancy body back. According to a report from Life & Style, the mother of six isn’t married to Brad Pitt, but she still wants to look like a trophy wife for the August 27 premiere of his movie “Burn After Reading” at the Venice International Film Festival. Already, Angelina Jolie has dropped more than 30 pounds within the first 10 days of giving birth but has struggled to lose the remaining 20. As expected, it’s always the last bits of fats that are stubborn!

Running around after her other kids isn’t enough to battle the bulge so Angelina Jolie spends 45 minutes a day on the treadmill, lifts weights and takes long walks on her rented French estate. Life & Style also reports that The Changeling star is also trying to slim down by cutting back on calorie intake and avoiding red meat. Angelina Jolie now eats local fruits and veggies, organic chicken and fresh fish. She even avoided sweets like ice cream and cake at the 7th birthday party for Maddox last August 5! However, Angie still loves her fatty indulgent cheeses. She recently said,

“My only craving [during pregnancy] was cheese and milk. Still is.”

That’s what Angelina Jolie’s brother, James Haven, is saying! The part-time actor says that his sister has found the perfect partner in Brad Pitt, and he expects them to stay “together for life.” James Haven is convinced the famous pair will never split up because Brad has had such a positive influence on Angie’s life. He says,

“Brad has changed my sister a lot. They have an extraordinary bond. I’ve never seen any sign of tension between them and if it keeps going the way it’s going, they’ll be together for life.”

Hmmm, family approval is always a good sign in any relationship! And we wish Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt the tightest relationship ever! ^_^ However, InTouch reported in their new issue that the mother of six has told Brad “not to bother” returning to their rented French home after he left to spend the night up the coast at a place owned by U2’s Bono. An insider said Angelina Jolie’s nerves were shattered and

“she has been screaming at Brad over the tiniest things.”

Aside from being rumored to star in Edwin A. Salt, an espionage action movie, Angelina Jolie is also rumored to star as Catwoman in the next installment of Batman. And if tabloids are to be believed, she has apparently been asking adult movie star Tera Patrick for advice on playing the feline catty antiheroine. The two are allegedly friends. A source told the New York Post newspaper:

“Tera and Angelina are friends and keep in touch via email. They have a girl-talk thing going. After seeing reports that she’ll land the lead role, Angelina asked Tera what she thought. Tera had such insights into the role that Angelina cracked, ‘You should do it’.”

The 33-year old actress has also been approached to star in The Thomas Crown Affair 2 alongside Pierce Brosnan - a role for which movie bosses want her to put on weight.

And it’s not gonna be Chinese orphans as what was widely reported the past few weeks! This time, the rumor is that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are getting a little girl from Africa! Womans Day reports that despite their twins Knox and Vivienne being just six weeks old, the Jolie-Pitts are already in the FINAL stages of adopting their seventh child — supposedly to give Zahara a playmate and not feel estranged as she’s the only one dark-skinned in the family. Both Pax and Maddox are tanned Asians while the rest are creamy whites like Angie and Brad. Jane Pitt, the actor’s mother, has already expressed concerns about how tired Brangelina are with their two new babies but it seems Angelina Jolie is still determined with the African adoption. A source says,

“Angie never planned to have biological children, she always saw herself adopting. She and Brad made a pact that they’d adopt as soon as possible after the children were born.”

That’s what InTouch is reporting! While partner Brad Pitt is “punch-drunk, happy-tired” daddy, Angelina Jolie is feeling the strain of having twins plus four more other active kids. A source revealed to InTouch,

“(The family’s French home is) frantic and messy. There are toys and clothes strewn in practically every room.”

But what is really taking it’s toll on Angelina Jolie is the “feeding the twins on demand”, such that the mother of six is “is tired all the time.” The source further reveals,

“Knox wakes up, and (she) will spend an hour feeding and then changing him, and then Viv wakes up as Knox is going to sleep. Then, by the time Angelina has fed and changed Viv, she has about 10 minutes to sleep before it all starts over again.”

O-M-G!! It’s definitely tough being a breastfeeding mom — on demand at that! But despite being completely worn out, the source adds that Angelina Jolie “wouldn’t trade being a mother for anything else in the world.” Awww, sweet! ^_^

No, he’s not splitting up with Angelina Jolie, with her having custody of the twins and their other kids. Brad Pitt is too enamored with the twins to separate with Angie — for now! LOL! According to reports, the hunky actor will film his new movie Inglorious Bastards in Berlin this autumn. Hence, he’ll be away from his rainbow family with Angie. The Quentin Tarantino war film, which will also star director Eli Roth as a Nazi hunter, is expected to go into production in October. Sources close to Brangelina have admitted that it will be difficult for Brad to leave his newborn twin children, who arrived at a French hospital last month. One insider told the Daily Mail:

“Brad will only work Monday to Friday so that he can fly back to France at the weekend to see Angelina and the kids.”

That’s what an election insider is saying! However, if you remember, Angelina Jolie told Variety.com recently that she still haven’t chosen which presidential candidate she’ll vote for this November. The mother of six has said,

“I have not decided on a candidate. I am waiting to see the commitments they will make on issues like international justice, refugees and how to address the needs of children in crisis around the world.”

The election insider, however, insists that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are *really* in talks with a local promoter to host a charity event during the Democratic National Convention on August 25-28. The Jolie-Pitt tandem are apparently in “conversations” with an unnamed Denver doer, and are nailing down specifics, including the location. The big question: will they bring the twins?? ^_^

New York magazine recently suggested that PEOPLE magazine used a computer software to modify its latest cover of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s smiling newborn daughter Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt. As you can see in the People cover above, 3-week-old Viv was smiling or laughing as she lies next to her twin brother Knox Leon in their mother’s arms. New York magazine has insisted that babies do not smile from exterior stimulation until two to four months of age. Their article said that the picture was Photoshopped or “the babies could have been born earlier than reported to avoid paparazzi attention, as has been rumored. Or Angelina and Brad, predicting their future acting careers, are already lying about the infants’ ages.” However, Sandi Shurgin Werfel, People’s director of public relations, denied the allegation and said,

“Contrary to blog speculation, People did not photo-shop Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt’s smile. One can only guess that she is smiling because her parents are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.”

LOL! As if Viv “knows” that her parents are the ever-famous Brad and Angie! ;-p

Goodness! And to think she just had twins! But according to Britain’s Daily star, Angelina Jolie (and Brad Pitt, I guess) is *really* already contemplating another adoption. And this time, they want to get a kid from China. Sources said Angie was so devastated by the China earthquake last May that she’s been in touch with relief workers with regards to adopting, and has even received photos of a few orphaned kids. The source revealed,

“She’s made overtures offering a home to one earthquake orphan, or even two if they are siblings.”

Two?? WOW! That would put her brood with Brad Pitt to eight! Will they still have enough time for them? Won’t the other children be jealous? Especially with the arrival of the cutest twins ever? Daddy Brad says it’s not the case, at least for Maddox. The hunky actor shared to Hello magazine that Maddox (shown in the mag looking down at Knox in his arms and has a blue streak in his hair) has been “asking when we can have more.” LOL!

In the wake of one tabloid’s mag cover that she underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) to conceive twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, Angelina Jolie gave a new interview denying the rumor. The now mother of six said,

“If they had been conceived by IVF, we would have been happy to discuss it. But we have been fortunate never to have had fertility problems.”

In said interview, Brad Pitt also related how they came up with the twins‘ name. The hunky actor said,

“The name Vivienne came to us early, as if she named herself–she has always been Viv. And Marcheline is to honor Angie’s mother. Knox came soon after. It is a family name, my grandfather’s. Léon is a classic French name.”
