In the recent issue of British Cosmopolitan magazine, Angelina Jolie spoke about how Brad Pitt copes with being a father to so many children. She revealed,

“Brad is a great dad. It means a lot to me that I have him in my life and be there for our kids. I was prepared to raise them without a father, although I would have preferred to have a man at my side.”

Angelina Jolie shared further,

“That’s one thing I never expected when I got involved with Brad – you can’t know if a man will be a good dad without seeing him in that role. Brad is so good with my first adopted son Maddox and they have bonded in such a beautiful way that it almost makes me cry – and I never cry!”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are apparently friends with Jamie and his wife Jools, and that the chef admires the Hollywood couple for their “humbling” decision to adopt. Thus, despite having two children of his own, the celebrity chef has spoken of his wish to have a son and said he would be prepared to adopt. Jamie Oliver recently shared,

“I live at home with three girls and I need a bit of testosterone. If I can’t produce a boy I will have to adopt one. I would consider it. We have two beautiful, healthy girls and we cherish them. But I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be great to have a boy.”

According to reports, the Olivers and the Jolie-Pitts have met before, and Jamie even cooked for Brad on a visit to England some years ago. He says of the Jolie-Pitts: “Adoption is such a selfless act and they have a lovely family environment. It’s humbling and beautiful to see. Jools would like to have another child but ther are so many vulnerable orphans out there.” Kudos to Angelina Jolie and other celebrity adoptive parents! You have made adoption a worthy endeavor!

According to reports, Brad Pitt has donated $100,000 to support gay marriage rights. Angelina Jolie‘s for-equality partner made the donation to fight Proposition 8, an initiative on California’s November ballot that would overturn the state Supreme Court decision to legalize same-sex marriage. Brad Pitt said in a statement,

“Because no one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn’t harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8.”

This latest donation just came after he and Angelina Jolie announced that they had donated $2 million to help fight H.I.V./AIDS and tuberculosis in Ethiopia.

..is cook! Yup, superwoman that she is (award-winning actress, mother of six, UN ambassador, charity worker, etc), Angelina Jolie just can’t cook! Hehe! And this isn’t just gossip, the ‘Wanted’ actress admitted it herself that she has never been able to master any culinary skills. Angie shared,

“I don’t cook – it’s the one thing I can’t do!”

And so it’s a good thing that her partner, Brad Pitt, loves to cook and is in-charge of family cooking. Angelina Jolie explained,

“When I get away from filming and doing interviews, I join Brad and the children to have breakfast or lunch. Brad is always thinking about the kids and what to feed them for breakfast. For him it’s the most important meal of the day.”

And that’s according to the Guinness Book of World Records! Angelina Jolie is the Most Powerful Actress while Brad Pitt is the Most Powerful Actor!! The Wanted actress jointly held the title with Jennifer Aniston last year while Brad ended Tom Cruise’s four-year reign as the Most Powerful Actor. In the Guinness World Records 2009 Edition, a new proprietary rating system was calculated based on a 12-month matrix of Google, Yahoo and Factiva searches (Angelina Jolie topped of course); IMDBPro news stories and “Star Meter” readings, as well as Forbes earnings and Celebdaq share price, at the time of press.

Craig Glenday, Editor-In-Chief of Guinness World Records, explains: “In previous editions, we’ve bestowed celebrity records based on rankings from websites such as Forbes. Given the obvious interest in entertainment categories we decided to establish our own rating system comprising data from multiple trusted sources for Guinness World Records 2009 to use going forward.” Congratulations Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt! ^_^

According to reports, the Jolie-Pitt Foundation just donated $2 million to the Global Health Committee to make a help center in Ethiopia, and this will be named after their daughter Zahara (she was adopted from Ethiopia). Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are doing this for the kids affected by tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. The center will be modeled after Maddox Chivan Children’s Center in Cambodia (named after their oldest son), where children receive medical, education and social services. Angelina Jolie said in a statement:

“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease.”

Brad Pitt, meanwhile, said; “It is our hope when Zahara is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission. The fact that poor people continue to die in our world today of TB, a curable disease, because of lack of access to drugs and care is unacceptable.”

After bringing Maddox and Pax Thien to Venice, Brad Pitt next brought along with him his daughter Zahara at the Cannes Airport. Sporting a white button-up shirt overtop a white A-shirt teamed with grey trousers, white sneakers, and a black fedora, the Jesse James actor gave a quick wave before heading inside. Moments later, Brad and Zahara were spotted hopping a ride on a golf cart-style baggage carrier to their awaiting private jet.

Ever since after the birth of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, Angelina Jolie and her rainbow family has been keeping a low profile because the actress fears that her children will be kidnapped. According to tabloid reports, the mother of six is refusing to “leave” the French chateau she shares with Brad Pitt. The Sydney Morning Herald quoted a Jolie-Pitt family friend as saying:

“If one of them is unaccounted for for more than 30 seconds she gets hysterical.”

And according to Grazia, Angelina Jolie is a “virtual recluse” and that she “has not been seen in public for at least two months.” The publication also reported that Angie “has long struggled to maintain a healthy weight” and “wants Brad to cut all ties with anything to do with Jen (Jennifer Aniston).”

According to Life & Style magazine, Tom Cruise has apparently embarked on a “secret feud” with Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The Top Gun actor — who is married to former Dawson’s Creek actress Katie Holmes — is allegedly letting his “competitive streak” run wild, and is constantly trying to outdo Brad and Angelina. Hello?? How can he outdo the six instant kids?? LOL! A source tells Life & Style magazine in its latest issue,

“It seems as though Tom’s always trying to compete with Brad, and that’s a difficult job. All the negative press Tom gets over Scientology and the rumors about how his relationship with Katie was fake have left him with the sense that he’s not, you know, as beloved anymore.”

The source further drives home the point with –

“And Brad has these causes – save the children, rebuild New Orleans, donate to charity – while Angelina‘s practically St. Angelina these days. How do you compete with that?”

Aww, he’s to sweet for words eh?? Angelina Jolie is really lucky to have him! I really wish them well and that their union will last.. =) Anyway, after appearing in the Venice Film Festival, Brad Pitt is now at the Toronto International Film Festival to attend the gala screening of his new comedy film “Burn After Reading” with George Clooney. The hunky actor plays a knucklehead fitness employee in the movie which will surely make the audiences laugh! Hehe! And when asked what makes him chuckle in real life, Brad Pitt told PEOPLE: “My kids!”
The actor also related that everybody back in France, Angelina Jolie and their six kids, are all alright. Brad Pitt revealed,

“Everyone is healthy. No sleep though. Sleep is something you long for, but it’s alright. We’ll get it.”

His co-star Tilda Swinton (she has twins too!) butted in and advised, “It gets easier! And it’s true.” And what kind of a father does she think Brad is? “He’s fantastic,” said Swinton. Costar John Malkovich chimed in: “He was very doting with his daughter during shooting on a couple of days I was there. He’s very much a present parent.” ^_^
