Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted taking their two (three?) kids out to the beach last Sunday (May 4). Leaving Shiloh back home, the celebrity couple totted Pax and Zahara along the French seaside’s rugged terrain. They were accompanied by U2 rocker David Howell Evans (aka The Edge) who lives near there. I don’t see Maddox but reports say he was there too. And while Angelina and Zahara found a perch to rest, Brad and The Edge wandered off, taking the boys to play near the rocky shoreline. Enjoy the photos! =)

And that makes Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh very happy kids! =) Unlike other celebrities who frown on unhealthy foods and insist on only the finest foods for their little ones, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie let their kids dive into whatever candy and snacks they desire. According to Life & Style’s insider,
“If Zahara wants ice cream for breakfast, she’ll get it.”
The reason for this fastfood and junkfood fixation? It’s coz Brad and Angie don’t want nannies and chefs taking care of their brood. Unfortunately for the celebrity couple, they can’t cook. The source revealed,
“They like to take care of the kids on their own. But they can’t cook, so they look for food that comes out of a box and doesn’t have to be cooked — and the kids just love fried foods.”
LOL! Now that sounds stupid! A friend of the famous couple, however, has a more logical take on the Jolie-Pitt kids‘ junkfood eating habits –
“Brad and Angelina work really hard at letting their kids be normal. That means they let them do stuff we all did as kids, like eat chocolate or scarf down a bag of chips.”
Trent over at PITNB reports that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Maddox, Pax and Zahara went movie-watching at the Cinemark Movie Theater at Southpark Meadows in Austin, Texas over the weekend. Shiloh was as usual missing in action. Guess she’s not into movie, lol! So what did the Jolie-Pitts family watched? If you check the theater’s show listings, kid friendly titles include Horton Hears A Who and Nim’s Island. So they must have watched either of the two — which is which? We do not know! =)

The Washington Post reports that Angelina Jolie took sons Maddox and Pax to Washington, D.C.’s Air and Space Museum last Monday, April 7. Insiders on the scene told People that Angelina Jolie was “accompanied by security guards and sporting a navy blue hoodie, 6-year-old Maddox and 4-year-old Pax, in an olive green jacket, reportedly asked a barrage of questions as they gazed upon Space Hall, Skylab and the WWI and WWII aerial exhibits.”Angie and her sons were in Washington DC coz she attended the Vital Voices Global Leadership Awards gala last Monday night and the Council on Foreign Relations last Tuesday. Very much pregnant but still very much busy! That’s our Angie! =)
Angelina Jolie shocked her liberal-minded Hollywood celebrity friends when she wrote a Washington Post editorial about her stand on the Iraq War. The pregnant actress made it clear that she supports the US Troops in Iraq and that she also supports their mission. And now, reports are saying that Angelina Jolie is also teaching (or is it indoctrinating?) her oldest son Maddox about her views. And according to the OK! Magazine, it seems to be working coz Maddox is making packages that will be shipped to U.S. troops overseas. A family insider tells OK! –
“He gets the other kids involved like an assembly line.”
So what does the rest of the Jolie-Pitt brood do? The source said,
“Zahara loves to glitter and sticker the cards!”
The insider says Maddox came up with this idea all on his own. He concludes that Angelina Jolie’s eldest child is “growing up to dream big and thinks even the tiniest thing can make a big difference.” Good for you Maddox! I’m sure Mama Angie and Papa Brad is very proud of you! =)

The mother of four was seen last March 11 at a private airport in Austin, Texas, going for a joy fly in a small plane with her eldest child Maddox. While it’s quite weird (and unhealthy??) for a woman who looks to be nearing her third trimester going flying, Angelina Jolie seems to know what she’s doing. She even occupied the cockpit! Gosh, Angie really has balls! =)
