James McAvoy is certainly a very lucky man! After kissing Keira Knightley, Anne Hathaway and Christina Ricci, he has now the distinction of kissing Angelina Jolie too! However, in an interview, it seemed the actor was more turned on having the pulp beaten out of him by the screen siren than he was during their makeout session. James McAvoy, who plays a lame accountant-turned-action hero in the action flick “Wanted“, told Pop Tarts:

“The thing I most appreciated from Angelina was that she doesn’t take herself too seriously. And she kept reminding us that if you can’t have fun when you’re making an action movie, you shouldn’t be doing it … It was much better to be bashed by Jolie. The best thing in the fight scene is to be bashed and take the hit — so much better than giving someone a punch. We had so much fun; I loved it.”

Yeah, well, different strokes for different folks eh?? =) In her sexiest action screen role to date, Angelina Jolie plays Morgan Freeman’s sidekick, Fox, whose calling in life is to kill those whose name is picked by “Fate.” And it seems James isn’t the only co-star who still can’t stop talking about the actress. Rapper/actor Common says,

“It’s rare to find people who speak the truth in this business sometimes. People say what they think you want to hear and [Jolie] wasn’t that type of person. She was very creative.”

As for Thomas Kretschmann, he found the pregnant actress inspiring. He shares,

“I wanted to be as good as Angelina, who is in, like, my opinion an expert. She just knows how to move and look cool and handle weapons. There is a certain sexiness involved, as well, which makes it very difficult.”

We all know how the 33-year old actress was very thrilled to land a role in ‘Wanted’. And guess what? Angelina Jolie wants to make more action movies in the next few years. Apparently she hopes to follow in Harrison Ford’s (the aging Indiana Jones) footsteps by filming her own stunts for years to come. Angelina Jolie told MTV:

“I was itching to do something that was physical, because I had done some emotional films and I had been at home with the kids … I think there’s always going to be a side of me that wants to make action movies, you know, for as long as I can. Harrison Ford is doing it, and he’s doing it well. It looks like I’ve got some more time.”

Aside from wanting to be like Indiana Jones, the pregnant actress also revealed to MTV that she loves “rolling around on the floor” with Brad Pitt. Angelina Jolie insists shooting steamy scenes with other Hollywood hunks will never compare to being with long-term partner Brad. Awww, too sweet! =) She says,

“Well, you know Brad was… I’ll always prefer rolling around on the floor with him than any other man. You know, in general.”

Angie - who plays an assassin in new movie ‘Wanted’ – also revealed she and Brad bonded over their love of guns and often go to the shooting range together. She explained:

“I mean, obviously, there’s a part of me that takes the world of violence and death very seriously. However, when it comes to protection or when it comes to just the skill of shooting. I’ve gone to the range with sniper rifles and things like that. Brad and I both like it a lot. That is something we have in common.”

After her recent blockbuster success with the kiddie-oriented flick Kung Fu Panda, the pregnant actress is apparently being lined up to star in the new Muppets movie. The beautiful Angelina Jolie has reportedly been approached to feature in the film because she is such a huge fan of the Jim Henson creations. A source said:

“The idea is to re-launch the Muppets with a big name and a big movie. Angelina is a big Muppets fan and being so passionate about kids there’s a very real chance that she’ll take this project on. Even Brad might want to have Miss Piggy as a love interest!”

Angelina Jolie has previously revealed she thinks she looks like one of the comical puppets. She has said:

“I am odd-looking. I sometimes think I look like a funny Muppet!”

The Muppets started life on their own TV show which became a worldwide hit and eventually spawned a host of movies. Angie wouldn’t be the first celebrity to appear alongside the mischievous puppets. Rocker Alice Cooper, the late Johnny Cash and Diana Ross were all guests on the series.

Yes, she commands millions per movie (around $12-15 million) — and she’s worth every penny, according to US Weekly’s film critic. Thelma Adams says of Angelina Jolie,

“Overall, she is worth the millions that she’s paid. She really is a good actress, and one of the sexiest women alive. Plus, she’s got the kids and Brad Pitt — she’s a triple word score!”

So true! If her acting can’t command attention for her movies, then her much-celebrated life will! And Angelina Jolie‘s animated movie Kung Fu Panda just knocked Sex and the City out of first place this weekend, raking in $60 million. Her last film Beowulf, which opened in November, was also No. 1 with $28 million in earnings. This just balances out the paltry $9 million earnings (domestic) for her critically acclaimed movie A Mighty Heart. Ms. Adams adds,

“Right now, she could have a cameo in a video and get tons of attention. Kung Fu Panda would have made a ton of money either way — it was such a huge family film — but it wouldn’t have broken a sweat in Cannes except for Angelina Jolie on the carpet pregnant with twins.”

Yes, beautiful people do also pass by that awkward stage called teenhood. Hehe! And one actor, Dustin Hoffman, never dreamed that the gawky, awkward teenager who showed up to meet him on the set of Hook would become one of the world’s sexiest women, Angelina Jolie. The pregnant actress was a big fan Peter Pan while growing up and so her father, Jon Voight, asked a favour of his Midnight Cowboy co-star (that’s Dustin). The Voight family then went to the set of the 1991 Steven Spielberg film. Dustin Hoffman, if you remember, played Captain Hook in the movie version of J.M. Barrie’s classic tale. Now co-starring with Angelina Jolie in Kung Fu Panda, the actor recalls their first meeting,

“This film [Kung Fu Panda] was the second time I met her. The first time was on Hook and Jon Voight whom I worked with on Midnight Cowboy called me up on the set and said, ‘My kids are dying to meet Captain Hook. Can I come over?’ So he brings over his kids, he comes in the camper and I’m introduced to his son and then to his daughter. She was a tall, thin, gawky looking girl with a mouthful of braces. I asked them, ‘Do you guys have any idea what you want to do when you grow up?’ She gave me an intense laser look and said, ‘I’m going to be an actress!’”

Yup, you guess it right, the thin teenager who wanted to be an actress is Angelina Jolie! =) We bet Mr. Hoffman never imagined he’d one day be working with the awkward girl that Jon Voight brought to meet him!

TWINS what?? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s of course! =) The upcoming bundles of joy of the world’s sexiest celebrity couple got a taste of the Hollywood limelight when their pregnant mom attended the screening of Kung Fu Panda in the Cannes Festival last Thursday. According to Angie, one of the twin was quiet, but the other one was moving around to the movie‘s music. In the animated adventure, the pregnant actress does one of the voices – she’s a martial arts tigress who helps a fat and friendly panda, voiced by Jack Black, learn his kung fu moves. Angelina Jolie shared last Friday morning,

“It’s funny to be doing all this and feeling movement.”

As revealed last week, the pregnant actess will have twins on August 29, a date given out by Jack Black, who didn’t know it was a secret. He apparently asked after he spilled the beans earlier this week, “Hadn’t everyone known that she was having twins? Was that a revelation? Big deal. Get over it.” LOL! Anyway, Angelina Jolie said she took the role in Kung Fu Panda partly because two of her adopted children are Asian and the movie is set in China, whose culture and history are important in her household. She shared,

“Then I got to be a cool tiger, so I impressed my children.”

NICE!! =) And maybe this time she’ll win another Oscar award! Angelina Jolie‘s latest movie premiered at the Cannes Film festival recently and garnered glowing reviews. One Todd McCarthy said, “Impressive as she may have been as the wife of Danny Pearl, her performance here hits home more directly.” Another reviewer, Pete Hammond, said “Based on this powerful and searing performance, it would be a good bet Angelina Jolie will again be in the hunt for the Best Actress nomination that eluded her for A Mighty Heart last year.”

As for her director, Clint Eastwood, he has nothing but great words for her. Says the veteran filmmaker, “Angelina is fantastic in Changeling!” But when asked about the Oscar predictions, he said, “I don’t want to think that far ahead.” Hehe! And on talking about film’s sensitive subject matter of a missing child, Clint Eastwood said: “It was fun making it, but I am a little nervous for parents going to see it.” Man, I’m so excited about this movie! Can’t hardly wait for it to open in theaters!

The pregnant actress had a different fashion style in her second photocall in the Cannes festival. Angelina Jolie wore a very chic all-black ensemble including a scoopneck top, flair-legged trousers and a hipster blazer. Last Wednesday, on Cannes, the glowing Angelina Jolie confirmed the rumor that she’s and Brad Pitt are having twins. “Today” show’s Natalie Morales interviewed the very pregnant actress along with Jack Black while promoting their new Dreamworks animated film, “Kung Fu Panda” on the said television show. It was the comedian who first “announced” the twins news and then Angelina Jolie just confirmed what Jack Black said. Here’s the transcript of their exciting interview with Natalie Morales –

“You’re gonna have as many as (the) ‘Brady Bunch’ when you have these,” Jack joked about Angie’s huge belly.

“It’s confirmed? Is it two?”, Natalie asked.

“Yeah, yeah, we’ve confirmed that already,” Angelina Jolie responded. “Well, Jack’s just confirmed it actually.”

“Is that true?”, Jack said jokingly.

“Yeah, you did,” Angie replied.

“Sorry,” Jack concluded.

“So you’re having twins?”, Natalie asked, as the pregnant actress nodded with a ‘yes.’

“Do you know the sexes of the babies”, Natalie asked. “Or, are you keeping that private?”

“We would like to keep that private,” Angelina Jolie said.

“Are you going to stay here in France to deliver?”, Natalie also asked at one point.

“Possibly,” Angelina responded.
