Finally the wait is over! Presenting the lovely fraternal twins of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt! WOOHOO! ^_^ The widely reported US publication that snagged the North American rights to publish the first photos of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline is none other than PEOPLE — the very same magazine that got the exclusive to Shiloh Jolie-Pitt’s baby debut (she’s also in this cover! see top right insert photo). Anyway, you can get this fantabulous double issue magazine featuring the Jolie-Pitt twins tomorrow at newsstands =) Here are some snippets of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s interview with PEOPLE:

Angelina Jolie tells PEOPLE of daily life at the Château Miraval in Provence, France: “It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time.”

Brad Pitt adds: “[It's] still a cuckoo’s nest.”

Fortunately, they already have some household helpers, says Angie: “[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them. It’s sweet – they are little mommies.” ^_^

In an attempt to be the first one to photograph Brangelina’s twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, two paparazzi trespassed onto the grounds of the Chateau Miraval, the Jolie-Pitt family’s current residence in France. This isn’t any speculation or rumor as the incident was confirmed via a statement which follows:

“The two individuals were in full camouflaged gear and carried high-powered photographic equipment typically used by sophisticated paparazzi. When confronted by security guards on the Chateau Miraval property, the two individuals claimed there were just out on a hike.”

Sounds boring? The actual incident was anything but! The statement further revealed that at that point the photographers became violent and-

“Security then attempted to escort the individuals down the hill in order to wait for the local police. The same photographer then became violent, kicked one of the security guards, said he has Hepatitis C and bit another security guard. He then wiped blood from a cut onto the two security men repeatedly and continued to bite.”

Oh wow! Sounds very much like a Hollywood movie eh?? LOL! And all these just for the first photos of Knox and Vivienne! I just bet these kids will be hounded for life by the paps. Tsk! And for sure, Brad and Angie will tighten further the security in their home. Anyway, the one of the paparazzo involved in the incident, Luc Goursolas, gave his side and claimed he was acting in self-defense, He revealed,

“I threw myself at them, put blood all over them and told them I had HIV so they would stop hitting me.”

Now that Brangelina’s twin bundles of joy were born, the focus now is on who will be their godparents. According to reports, Angelina Jolie is planning to get her bisexual ex-girlfriend Jenny Shimizu as one of the godmothers. WT?? And as expected, Brad Pitt wasn’t too keen on her plan. As for the godfather, Bono of U2 seems to be the unanimous choice: one, coz of his do-gooder activities like what the famous couple is espousing, and two, coz Brad is a great fan of him. A source revealed to the Sunday Mirror,

“Brad and Angie think the world of Bono. They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back.”

More Jolie-Pitt twins gossip: Angie reportedly gave birth to Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline with a music playing bird sounds and running water. How, ummm, natural!?? Or is earthy the better word? LOL!

The Nice-Matin newspaper published in Nice, France where Angelina Jolie gave birth have been reporting daily the going-ons of the Jolie-Pitt family, their mayor and Dr. Michel Sussman ever since Angie was admitted in Lenval hospital. Too bad I can’t read French! Hehe! The Nice-Matin newspaper also has reported that an unnamed U.S. publication has paid $11 million for exclusive rights to the first photos of the Jolie-Pitt twins and that the proceeds will go to charity.

First on Shiloh – according to Star’s latest issue, Brangelina’s first natural born child met up with the twins already and called them Vivi (Vivienne Marcheline) and Nosh (Knox Leon), thus christening them with their new nicknames. CUTE! =) Star also claimed that Angelina Jolie’s C-section delivery was captured on camera.

As for the other 3 kids — US Weekly reports that one day after Vivienne and Knox were born, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh arrived at the Lenval hospital with Brad Pitt and one by one the kids presented their mommy Angie with a single flower. Too sweet!! A hospital worker revealed,

“It was a blessed sight. I had a lump in my throat.”

New York Daily News, meanwhile, reports that Brangelina’s decision to name their newest son Knox (after Brad’s grandfather) may have been made at the last minute. A source told the paper that six weeks ago, Angie and Brad ordered a $190 play mat from Plain Mary that was monogrammed with the name Rex Leon Jolie Pitt. A new one emblazoned with Knox is now said to be on the way.

According to reports, AP Television cameras outside Lenval hospital in Nice, France last July 19 at around 4am was able to film a large white van with tinted windows leaving one of the hospital’s back entrances. No other vehicles left the hospital for the next several hours. Thus, it is now suspected that this is how Angelina Jolie and her twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, left Lenval. It was not immediately clear if Brad Pitt was with them.

In other news, a Mercedes people carrier was spotted exiting Lenval hospital carrying Brad and Angie’s bags plus their children’s seats which were thrown in behind the driver. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins, that is =) Inside the mag are all the details about Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt’s arrival to our world. Friends of Brangelina were also interviewed with regards to the babies. And if the couple need a night out alone, at least one famous friend has already volunteered to help. Says Angie’s pal Wyclef Jean,

“I’m willing to babysit for them!”

Though the musician (he partnered with Brangelina for his Yéle Haiti charity) says he has no doubt they can handle their brood of six now that twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Léon are here. Wyclef adds,

“They will do well. I have a lot of well wishes for them.”

Meanwhile, Michael Kelly, who appears with Angelina Jolie in the upcoming Clint Eastwood-directed drama The Changeling, shared to People:

“I saw her with kids on-set and she’s just such a wonderful mom. You see her with the kids and it’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s the way it’s supposed to be.’”

Angelina Jolie’s OB-Gyne recently gave an interview with the Jewish Journal where the good doctor detailed the actress’ double delivery last July 12 at Lenval Hospital in Nice, France. Dr. Michel Sussman tells the mag,

“It was not an easy operation — a second caesarean with twins is difficult — but it went perfectly and they are so cute!“

The fraternal twins (named Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline) weighed in at 5 pounds apiece. The doctor further adds,

“The delivery was very emotional and exceptional as Ms. Jolie is a superstar, but I think that it happened on Shabbat [the Jewish Sabbath] made it that much more moving.”

Dr. Sussman also shared that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt “were always laughing and having a good time together … even during the birth operation.” The doctor also pointed out that while he and the Oscar-winning actress have “an excellent rapport,” his job is to take care of her, not “be her friend.” Dr. Sussman concludes,

“She [Angelina Jolie] is so, so nice and never complained about anything. There are negative things sometimes written about her on the Internet, but don’t believe them.”

According to reports, the actress has left Lenval hospital in Nice, France where she gave birth to twins last week. The hospital in the southern France has said in a statement on its website:

“Angelina Jolie left the clinic Santa Maria of Foundation Lenval around 4AM on July 19 with her babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. The mother and her babies are doing very well.”

The Fondation Lenval also thanked the Jolie-Pitt family for choosing the hospital. It also thanked the hospital staff “for the attention and care they paid to the family and the journalists around the hospital who did their best to respect their privacy.” According to E! News, Dr. Sussman made sure Angelina Jolie remained in the hospital until she was 100 percent back in the pink. A source revealed,

“Angelina has four young and lively children at home and he [the doctor] suspects the temptation to get up out of bed and play with them will overwhelm her. He knows how much she misses the other children, but he feels that she will benefit from a few extra days’ rest. They’re being very well cared for.”

Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt have the loveliest celebrity baby names ever! Knox Leon sounds so strong and manly while Vivienne Marcheline is so dainty and feminine =) The story behind Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twin names is this:

Vivienne is the French form of Vivian — to reflects her place of birth (Nice, France). Her middle name was chosen to remember her late maternal grandmother, Marcheline Bertrand who died of ovarian cancer.

Knox was the middle name of Brad Pitt’s maternal grandfather, Hal Knox Hillhouse. Leon is the name of Angelina Jolie’s great-great grandfather.
