When I wrote about Jennifer Aniston’s $ 40,000-a-month rental yesterday, the Pity Party Patrol came out in full force to claim that Brangelina NEVER gets the kind of mild criticism Aniston ENDURES for their respective excesses. I beg to differ – we always cover Brangelina’s real estate rumors, especially when the alleged purchases/rentals are crazy and/or expensive. Most recently, we discussed the rumor that Angelina Jolie bought Brad a motherchucking WATERFALL for his birthday. We also discussed the possible real estate purchases/rentals that the Jolie-Pitts might be undertaking in England, as the family settles down so Angelina can film Maleficent. Now E! News reports that the early reports (that the Jolie-Pitts bought a UK mansion outright) are false, and they are in fact renting a big mansion. I’m including some of the aerial photos below, and here’s E!’s story:

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt just snapped up one fancy rental home. While the betrothed actors didn’t buy the Whornes Place estate in London, it turns out the über-famous couple is temporarily residing in another “palatial” home in the area. And it looks like they’re settling in.

Despite reports Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie forked over $ 16 million to reside in the Whornes Palace in the West London town of Richmond, E! News has learned exclusively the charitable pair is renting a huge mansion in one of the most “exclusive areas” in the United Kingdom.

“[Brad and Angelina] have decided to settle into one property rather than move around because they are going to be in London for 15 months,” a source told E! News. “It seems better for the whole family if they have a proper base. They have been moved into a palatial mansion that resembles the White House on the exclusive Wentworth golf course in Surrey. It is in a beautiful, gated community, one of the most exclusive areas in the U.K.”

But, Jolie and Pitt aren’t the first celebrities to reside in the stunning home, which sits 21 miles outside of London.

The estate has had its share of star-studded residents, including Elton John and Fergie, the Duchess of York.

And there’s plenty of room for Jolie to stretch her legs.

“The house has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, staff quarters, a gazebo in the garden, an indoor swimming pool and a playground for the children,” the source said.

“They have also hired a full time chef.”

Meanwhile, there’s still no word yet on when the newly engaged pair, who moved into the home a week ago, will tie the knot.

But, their new digs certainly would make for one fine place for a wedding. We’re just sayin’.

There’s no mention of how much this rental costs per month, but I can imagine that it would be in the tens of thousands (per month). I should also note this – considering Angelina is the big-name “star” of Maleficent and the studio wants to keep her happy, I’m guessing that the studio is probably paying for all or part of the Jolie-Pitts’ living expenses. I don’t know what Angelina has in her contracts – she might get a general “living allowance” stipend, or the studio might pay for everything flat-out.

(Sidenote: I’d still really like to know what happened to the converted farmhouse Angelina bought in England back in 2001. Did she sell it?)

By the way – Brangelina should be in the South of France within the next few days. Brad’s film is competing at the Cannes Film Festival. So… Brangelina red carpet sighting! It will be Angelina’s first red carpet with her engagement ring.

Oh mighty stars in the sky…. male model Tyson Beckford is featured in a 45 minute video in which he masturbates during a webcam chat with a female model. In between the wanking, TMZ sources have revealed. Tyson also managed to dribble out a few words during the session including his complete distaste for being mistaken for Tyrese Gibson. Anyway the tape is being shopped around in the adult entertainment industry at the moment. Apparently Beckford tweeted a comment in reference to all of this, but it was later deleted.

Tyson went on Twitter yesterday to address the issue with fans … saying he’s “sad but life goes on.”

On making your own rules…

“After my third semester of school, I came to Los Angeles just in time for pilot season and had 15 to 20 extra pounds on me. I was told, ‘Just lose some weight and you’ll be golden.’ But I knew I had talent. I went on Idol because it was about finding the voice, not about looks. I didn’t know how else to get to that level.”

On overnight success being a myth…

“After Idol, I met with Steven Spielberg, who had me in mind for Smash. It really does take time for projects to develop. I spent five or six years just plugging away, auditioning for so many things. Doing things like Shark Night 3D because I so badly wanted to work! The hardest part of the job is getting the job. That’s the job.”

On doing her glamorous job well …

“Being on set seems so glamorous. Sometimes it is, but at the end of the day, it’s a job. The way I keep my head wrapped around it all is to love the people I work with and know that I’m there to sing a song and say some lines. I’m just doing my job, and the rest of it is glitz.”

Because it’s going to be another Tiger Woods counting situation, a third man has stepped forward accusing legend John Travolta of sexual harassment. The Royal Caribbean cruise employee claims that John hugged him while naked and offered him $ 12,000 for sex.

Radar Online has the scoop:

Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi alleges Travolta accosted him while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship in 2009, and the actor was a guest on the boat. Zanzi, a former employee of the cruise line, was in charge of VIP guests when the alleged incident took place. Zanzi told South American news website ABC.es that Travolta said, “He had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.” Zanzi alleges that Travolta offered $ 12,000 to have sex with him, but he says he refused.

According to media reports, Zanzi has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta, but RadarOnline.com has been unable to confirm if he has done so.

The Enquirer has an interesting story this week about Angelina Jolie and her overanalyzed figure. What I find interesting is that Angelina isn’t being set up as the demon/shrew/narcissist/drama-queen, and Brad Pitt isn’t being set up as the savior/wimp/weeping man-child. That being said, The Enquirer is really just “reporting” something that many of us had noticed a long time ago – that whenever a woman gets with Brad Pitt, her body changes, and it’s almost always a noticeable weight loss. Gwyneth lost weight when she was with Brad. Same with Jennifer Aniston. And while Angelina’s weight varied in the pre-Brad years, she’s mostly been “underweight” (minus her two pregnancies) in the more seven years they’ve been together. So… at some point, it’s less about HER issue and more about BRAD’S issue with his lady’s figure, right?

Angelina Jolie has scared fans with her gaunt, skeletal figure – and it appears Brad Pitt is the architect of her frightening weight loss. Brad prefers his ladies to be rail-thin, and he lets them know it, say insiders.

“Brad doesn’t come out and demand his women be skinny, but in a not-so-subtle manner, he drops hints,” revealed a close source. “If he’s constantly comparing his current girlfriend with his exes, it has to start making them feel self-conscious about their bodies.”

Brad likes his woman super-thin for their red carpet appearances, says the close source. When Angelina first met Brad on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” in 2004, she weighed 115 pounds, which seemed a healthy weight for her 5-foot-7 frame. “But now she’s wasting away at less than 100 pounds!” declared an insider.

Brad is also said to have hinted that Jennifer Aniston needed to drop a few pounds when they first started dating.

“He used to talk to her about how thin and fashionable his former girlfriends Juliette Lewis and Gwyneth Paltrow were,” said the close source. “It was a way to motivate her.” So Jen lost the curves she used to show off on ‘Friends’ and she dropped to a waifish 109 pounds. Today, Aniston is dating Justin Theroux and she’s a shapely 120 punds.

And when Brad dated Gwyneth Paltrow for three years in the 1990s, Gwyneth “always felt she was too heavy for him,” revealed the close source. In 1996, she shrunk down to a bony 101 pounds for “Emma.” But today, Gwyneth looks fabulous at 120 pounds.

If Brad really does any of that, he’s earned a swift kick to a tender place. I’d like to believe that Brad is simply a supportive dude, no matter his lady’s weight… but the years of photographic evidence suggest otherwise. Personally, I consider this – a man obsessing and commenting on a woman’s weight – a form of emotional abuse. I doubt Brad is calling Angelina a “fatass” when she nibbles on her daily celery stalk, but I have to wonder if he really is saying *something* to get all of his women to drop pounds. So… is it all Brad’s fault? Of course. For years, The Villainess Jolie has been excoriated, so it’s time for The Villain Pitt to get some of it too.
